Existing CCS projects in the eu

Approximately 35 CCS projects are currently maturing across Northern Europe.

Even if all projects are successful, we will only have realized ~30% of the CO2 storage needed to meet the Paris Agreement goals (COP21 in 2015).

More large-scale CCS projects are necessary to reach carbon neutrality.
